Appointments may be altered up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. With less than 72 hours of the event, we will be unable to make any schedule changes.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment so all intake information can be filled out and you can get comfortable. Late arrivals will not have their service times extended, guest will receive the remaining time of their original scheduled time only so all other guests may be taken on time.
We advise you not to bring valuables to the spa, as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen property.
Cancellation Policy for Spa Parties:
Spa parties are held with a credit card and will be charged a 50 % deposit at the time of booking. A full refund will be given to parties who canceled up to ten days before the scheduled event. The deposit is non-refundable when a party is canceled with less than ten days’ notice. No shows will be charged the final 50% payment in addition to the original deposit.
